How do I reset my password?

Contact your administrator to reset your password. For security reasons, only admins can reset passwords. You can also reach out to support@bbucleaning.com.

How do I connect QuickBooks Online?

Go to Admin → System Settings → Connect to QuickBooks. A popup will open for authorization. See the QuickBooks Setup Guide for detailed instructions.

Can I use the system on mobile devices?

Yes! The system is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. For the best experience, use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on mobile.

How do I assign a work order to a cleaner?

Open the work order, click "Edit", select a cleaner from the "Assigned Cleaner" dropdown, and save. The cleaner will see the work order in their dashboard.

What browsers are supported?

We support modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, and Edge 90+. For best results, keep your browser updated.

How do I export reports?

Go to Reports, select your desired date range and filters, then click "Export to CSV" or "Export to Excel". Some reports also offer PDF export.
